Nasser was a very popular figure who was personally liked by Nikita Khrushchev, his own personality and personal magnetism were the primary reason why the Soviets backed Egypt so much, despite Nasser's crackdown on communist parties in Egypt. The assassination attempt mentioned was what really put him in the spotlight, as it was being publicly broadcasted, when he was shot he said in loudspeakers "Do not falter, every one of stand your ground, All you men, stand your ground stand your ground, you freeborn all of you stay your ground, my life is a sacrifice for you, my blood is a sacrifice for you. This is Gamal Abd El-Nasser speaking to you, by the aid of God, after the traitors attempted to attack him, and his life which is a tribute for you, my blood is a tribute for you, O men, O freeborn, Gamal Abd El-Nasser is owned by you, O men, O people, here is Gamal Abd el-Nasser amongst you, I am not a coward" This was a giant rally in the manshiya incident, the very one mentioned earlier where he first protested, and had people panicked there would have been a stampede with hundreds dying as a result. He was clearly shook while speaking as he was actually shot and was speaking while bleeding, hence the repetition of men several times in the beginning, which was partially omitted in this translation , it was so unreal that people thought it was staged, however, it weren't, it was actually the latest in a series of assassinations that took place that very same year. The MB were parties to the 1952 revolution and they felt betrayed, this was their retribution. He not only redtributed the wealth, he also enacted free education and allowed an opportunity for social mobility like never before with free higher education. The Canal was the birthplace of the empire, and its gravestone. Under Gamal Abd El-Nasser, Egypt astonishingly had exactly a debt of $0.00 He was the main force behind decolonisation in the region, it's why the French intruded in the tripartite aggression, Algerian independence was only supported by Egypt. Yemen, Iran as well. The Monarchies were put in place by the British. Nasser not only had to deal with these external foreign actors, he also had to deal with the monarchies they put in place, inaddition to the internal issues with split allegiance in the military which he headed, most had allegiance to Abdal Hakim Amir (who was responsible for the 1967 disaster), The "voice of the Arabs" radio broadcast was spread across the whole of the Arab world, which made the gulfie monarcihies who were put in place by the British conspire against him, it was also the reason why France joined the tripartite aggression which led to the Suez crisis, as the broadcast was fueling the popular sentiment for the overthrowing of French colonization, he also provided material support for the rebels in their struggle for indepenedence. About 1967, before the straits were closed Abd El-Hakim Amir when asked about the readiness of Egyptian troops he said "Everything is ready boss, we can take care of anything", the division between Amer and Nasser at that point was so widespread that he was the titular head of the military and their allegiance were to him more so than Nasser by account of an officer involved from that period. It was also primarily the syrian constant calls for Egyptians to do something saying they were about to be attacked. His funeral was arguably the biggest in history, those left, even adversaries described themselves as feeling orphaned after his loss. Economic mismanagement started after the free market policies which Sadat started after taking over in 1970, After the 1973 October war (which was supposed to have taken place 2-3 years prior thanks to Gamal's rearmament), Sadat enacted a series of policies, the "Infitah" in 1974, to bring back the oligarchy which Gamal had stripped from wealth in his 'Land reform in Egypt' policies. Except this time it was the military getting rich, instead of other oligarchs. As early as 1977, the disastrous effect of these policies were felt by the public. Before then Egypt had industry, manufacturing (including Cars); after it became dependent on tourism and foreign cash infusions. Even the agricultural sector was decimated thanks to advisors from those fought in the 1973 War recommending that Cash crops instead of staples ought be grown because there is more money that way, thereby ending Egypt's food security as well. Nasser only gained full control post 1967 after Amir and his cadre lost support of the military itself and during which he not only commenced rearmament, he started a war of attrition, all with a debt of $0.00

There isn't even a good Arabic source for information about him. After Sadat came to power he launched a defamation campaign and now most people hate him. Shockingly. The man who practically made the country. I had to piece the puzzle together by watching interviews of parties involved. There is a 2 part Documentary by Almayadeen, it is in Arabic though, the autotranslate feature is not too bad. I didn't catch the date of this video, but it could have been made today Friday 21 June 2024. The Palestinian issue with Israel continues, when will it end. I have been searching for a quote by Nassar, where he said, I'm paraphrasing, there will never be peace in the Middle East. He goes on to say to Israel, you jews went away Black but you return white. This is an indictment against Israel that they have yet to answer. Can anyone shed more light on these quotes, please inform us.

He has left an empty vast positioned place, but the venom of vicious malice, mean antipathy, stew and rancorous feelings have finished his life on the earth. That's the world today. Regretfully. 🕋 *_What-A-DISGRACE!!_* 🕋 It will *_NEVER_* be possible to come to a Truthful Understanding much less a Truthful Resolution for the Jewish vs Muslim conflict because it is a Religious/Family conflict that goes all the way back to 1,900 BC, when Father Abraham kicked Ismael out (Genesis 21:9-14) for threatening Isaac. Hell, even Secular people can not Resolve their issues Peacefully. But, one thing that sticks out to me is the *_DISGRACEFUL_* fact that the Arab/Turkish Muslims illegally invaded and occupied that land from 638 AD to 1917 AD, knowing full well it was the Ancestral Homeland of the Jews (their spiritual cousins) and to this very day refuses to let the Jews live in Peace in their 4,000 year old Ancestral Homeland.

Ismael never threatened Isaac. He mocked Isaac. Sarah demanded that Ismael and Hagar be sent away. Abraham obliged. Also, take note that Arabs aren't exclusively Muslim. Also, take note that ancient Israel was a wicked and ungodly nation, no different than its neighbors.

🕋 *_@wilsonfisk6626_* 🕋 Thank you!! But, mothers and fathers know their own children, wouldn't you agree? All throughout the Bible and History the Arabs have been nothing but an antagonistic pain in the Children of Israel's ass!! Even Esau wanted to kill Jacob and would have if Jacob's mother Rebecca hadn't help him run away. So yes, Blessed Father Abraham did indeed save Isaac's life by casting out the rotten bastard Ishmael. Arabs do not have to be exclusively Muslim, but since they did start the Trans-African Slave Trade, which led to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, which led to my people ending up Slaves here in America for the past 400 years, I'd say that would qualify my Hate for Islam and the people who pulled it out of their ass 1,400 years ago, as being well earned!!! What a disgraceful people!!! Is there anything redeemable about them at all? Before they Hijacked and stole their cousins Religion and turned into sh!t, what good were they? What exactly were they known for besides being Pagan, Degenerate, Self Destructive Warriors and Slavers? In that region of the World, everyone had an Empire of sorts but them!! Why? Useless bastards all of them, just like their father Ishmael.

Your Myth of two people doesn't mean reality must be the same. Power is all you have. Truth is very different and difficult for many. Maybe you too can't stay with truth.
