When I hear him, ever time I realized that he himself faced lack in all these things.. And he improved on that immensely and now doing a great job... Because when you share flaws to someone it's flaws in you first.. That's when you keep sharing thoughts like these.. And it's good thing btw
@savageme73302 жыл бұрын
Okay so I just watched the whole video and what I could feel was that for someone else to like your personality, you must first like it yourself. I think all the points Shwetabh mentioned can, in a broad term, be connected to self confidence. If you're not confident in yourself, you don't look "presentable", and automatically, others would want to distance themselves from you, which in turn only increases your lack of confidence, and the vicious cycle continues. Knowledge is what can break this cycle. I always keep myself motivated to gain knowledge by thinking of knowledge as hard work of generations of humans. I feel like if I'm gaining any new piece of information, I'm in a way helping to pass on the product of generations of blood, sweat and tears. As such, any kind of knowledge that you obtain "passively" feeds your brain with experience, in turn, developing and maturing your personality. If I were to draw an analogy here, I'd compare personality development with an ice tray. You shouldn't waste time worrying how long it'll take for the water to freeze. What you must instead be focused on, is ensuring the water is pure. Both scientifically and figuratively, the purer the water, the faster it'll freeze. Overall, I really liked Shwetabh's points in the video, and for anyone who's read upto here, trust me, all of the advice is very practical and I can testify that.

How To Become Strong? # First of all stop giving others the power to decide and tell you who you are. Only you can tell yourself who you are. This does not mean the outside world or other people are not important. 1. Study the subject you love. It is a subject that you can spend hours and still love it. Daily give 1-2 hrs in that subject in solitude. 2. Understand yourself, write, observe your emotions, ask why you get triggered and creatively think solutions for your problems using your intellect and knowledge. 3. Learn about the world, random topics, read articles related to Art, Science, and anything that catches your attention. I am glad I subscribed to you Shwetabh bhaiya.
