Sir ek small doubt hai, Maine last year he stock market shuru kiya, short term me profit hai, lekin intraday me loss hai, aur turnover from F&O aur intraday milake 25 lakhs se kam hai, aur profit bhi 2.5 lakhs se kam hai, lekin intraday loss k wajah se mujhe book of account maintain karna hoga, jiske wajah se mai loss ko carry forward kar saku, sir doubt ye hai ki source of fund me capital amount me jo amount dalunga wo pura amount application of fund me investment in short term me dal sakta hu kya, Mera dusra kuch income nahi hai, pura Paisa bank account se stock market me lagaya aur wohi pura stock purchase aur sell me kiya, kyu ki Mai normal investor hu, CA k pass gaya to wo 10000 fee maang raha hai, liabilities me jo amount dikhaunga wo pura asset me investment me dikha sakta hu kya

Sir i do intraday as well as fno trading ....fno trading is normal business but equity intraday trading is speculative business..right... So i want to go with 44ad for fno trading than can i opt 44ad for equity intraday as well?? If not than it is ok if i go with 44ad for fno and show seperately equity intraday as speculative business.....or ahould taken turnover of both segment in 44ad... Please reply..

Sir I have deposited 2 Lakh cash in my bank account but this cash deposit is not showing in AIS... Then if i show this cash deposit in my ITR 4, will it cause mismatch ? ... Will ITR dont get processed due to this?
