Baron, the disabled seated biker is infact a copier/vending machine repair man - its the only way to get around London and more are on bikes since the tube bombings due to security with carrying on large boxes. Balls deep!

That seat looks like a camera mans position. The camerman stands on the plates, holds onto the "backrest" whilst facing backwards (or leans on it facing forwards) and films. Remember seeing a thing in Ride about the BMW RTs used during the olympics, And its an FJR13 so still suitable.
