For me, the “big con” in 2020 exposed that the vast majority of people have massive but VERY fragile egos.. I always knew some of my family members were low-grade narcissists, flying under the radar, but I didn’t realise just how many millions of them were out there in society at large, posing as human beings. They are so emotionally invested in their own opinions, to the point where it’s like a literal spear through their heart when they’re forced to admit they might not have a clue. I remember as a teenager I was intrigued watching the clouds in the sky on a beautiful, sunny day. I would just stare and found them intriguing, interesting and beautiful. Especially on a sunny day when I could also see the deep blue skies. I guess you could say I always had my head in the clouds so to speak. 😆 But seriously, it's been many years since I've had that experience. Once in a blue moon it would come close but never the way it looked back then. I would just stand and stare. Outside or out the window. They're trying to hurt us and at the same time are hurting the planet.

Homemade tooth paste- coconut oil/sodium bicarb/salt...deodorant- same ingredients minus the salt plus the addition of some drops of essential oil. Homemade shower wash and shampoo too...castile soap, aloe vera gel, essential oil. Easy peasy! Boiled and finely crushed organic, non stamped eggshells for calcium, 1tsp a day. Nettle seeds gathered in September and dried for the rest of the year. 1tsp a day.
