After years and years of pain in my arms spreading down my hands it finally could get so bad that it made me cry ,I didn´t not what else to do so I started to hold crystal points in the palms of my hands over night and to my surprise the pain started to become lesser and lesser .Now I can sleep very well for hours at night . One of my favorites is snake skin agate. It helps raise kundalini energy and sheds what is no longer needed. Very nice healing energy. Also selenite stone cleanses itself and cleanses any stone it touches.

Thank you for Part one and Part two on crystals. I’m going to start putting crystals on my injuries! I also want to mention the word intention which seems to be the current new age word!! “Creating an intention”. But intention isn’t a Present Moment word!! I use the word Attention! Energy follows Attention! Your Intention is a word that means later, tomorrow etc!! Physicists will tell you we only have the now, Present Moment! Thich Nhat Hahn has said, “The secret to transformation is how we handle, This Present Moment and There is nowhere to arrive except the Present Moment!“.
