@@pepengpantal1363 Not quite. The makers of the C64 Mini and the recently released The C64, allowed through official updates the use of a USB with program images and is even customizable. The not-so-respectful Atgames also made it possible for some models of the Atari 2600 Flashback to run games from SD card officially. And Retro-bit's Super Retrocade allows you to play your own roms with some level of customization out of the box without any kind of hacking or official update (although it has certain compatibility issues, memory restrictions and other qwirks); it might have been an oversight of a leftover from testing, but it's pretty amazing that it could run PC Engine, Game Gear and even Sega CD games. Maybe in the end, SNK will sell an update which will have the "hidden feature" of running other games like the Super Retrocade, there's not much point on trying to stop something that someone will do anyway sooner or later (more like sooner in this case).

Those hackers do work with the quickness. Props to the boys for making devices like this much more enjoyable because 20-25 games on stuff like this doesn't cut it. A Neo Geo Library would be perfect on this.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if they had no security on here specifically SO it would get modded quickly. Simply by people knowing it can play all those other systems will improve sales. I know as a fact that I am significantly more interested in this now that I know it plays GB and GBA(I'll still wait to see the performance for GBA but if it's good it's basically a no brainier for me)

Metal Slug (1-5 and X) is officially on the stick anyway, among 20 hidden games which have been found, so you wouldn't even need a hack to play it.

Yes you can save. I just bought it with the hack. The major downside is that it only lets you use 4 buttons and not all 6 so gameplay can be limited depending on the game (MK or super Mario Kart).

Well that didn't take long! Of course a nice arcade stick and mame has been doing this for years :) I think I have so many legit copies of neo geo games now I don't know where to begin LOL.. all on different systems except the original cartridges. PS Just a heads up, hamster seem to be doing regular 50% sales on neo geo titles in the nintendo eshop for switch, which are almost perfect 1:1 emulation.. The best I have seen.. I paid full price as I never thought they'd go on sale but they have been. Last week they had like 8 fighting games for $4 each! I think it was all the fatal furies last week. They'll do something next week for Thanksgiving I am sure. Keep a lookout! playing them with an sn30 pro plus is delightful and the way to go. Cheers!

Looks great! So how much can we fit on the internal memory? I guess it's cool ok being able to use external.usb to load the ROMs but it wld be the icing on the cake if it could be self-contained

The only downside is the emulation quality of some games, mainly the SFC. And when you start a game from the Genesis and SFC list, and you press the options button, it seems to trigger an "start" input on the 2nd controller port... But the Arcade games run decent!

I was reading that the neogeo mini controllers can be connected and they use a simple usb c port, maybe at one point we'll be able to connect a usb C hub for extra storage and to use other third party controllers because I'm not happy about only using negeo mini pads for multiplayer games

You should do a video on the new 2019 Lenovo Ideapad Flex 14 Ryzen 3700U 2 in 1 touchscreen with Vega 10 graphics. Mine has a 512gb SSD 8gb ram but its running FarCry 5, Batman Arkham Origins, Rise of the Tomb Raider and State of Decay 2 so far without any real problems and the temp hasn't gone higher than 57 degrees C. I'm bumping up the ram to its limit of 16 gigs. Well, technically 12 gigs since the bastards soldered 4 gigs on the motherboard. 16 total though. this is a really nice 2 in 1. Oh, and it's doing good with the Dolphin emulator too, going to try the ps2 emulator soon

This looks cool. My only thing with something like this is....wouldnt it be easier to just buy a nice Usb Aracade controller and plug it into a Raspberry Pi Retropie system? Have all those games and more memory,more computing power and be able to run ports like Kodi,Steam Link,Etc. Plus have wifi and bluetooth...all for HALF the price of this fighting Stick system?🤷🏿‍♂️
