Keke! Architect who only does homes and interiors here, I think your living room should be formatted differently cause a TV above the fireplace is a big no in the design world! You could do two sofas (or a L-sofa) and 2 armchairs and put the TV on the opposite wall or the wall where the console is now! Trust me! 3 sided seating is always so great for entertaining too!
