Some places, for that price, give guests snacks and drinks in the rooms, included. Not so here. You did get the welcome snack and drink bar though. Supper looked tasty and filling, and breakfast! Wow! LIve piano music with cocktails, and the grounds overall, perfect for taking walks after eating so much. The tree roots seemingly growing on the ground look cool but yes, treacherous. A very interesting onsen. Thanks for sharing your stay!

So beautiful, the food looked so fresh and delicious! Sometimes the course menus look a little cold so the food here looked so appetizing. I’m glad you took us along to that site at the end, it was very lovely

Your videos are always so good, and I am really thankful that I have discovered your channel. Next March, we will be back in Japan for 3.5 weeks (I cant wait), and we will visit parts of Tohoku. Including 2 nights in the resort. I was already looking very much forward to it, but after seeing your video, even more.

when you showed the New Year stuff at the end, i was hoping thered be something for Year of the Snake! 😂 cute design. wish i couldve tried the food at this ryokan... all looks so delicious! so jelly you got to try it all lol. im glad nothing happened when you walked out on the perilous outcrop at the end! couldve been really scary if you stepped down wrong or something. 😨 but turned out all right in the end. as always thank you for sharing!! 💚

Why a chapel? Did you go inside? With the price you are paying you should have drinks and snacks for free.I would have liked to have an onsen bath in my room.

For the cost I’m not impressed at all. I’ve stayed in AirBnB’s in Tokyo with more amenities than this Hotel for a significantly lower price as well as being closer to an area in the city with the added benefit of using trains and there being much more things to do. As an Australian I can see waterfront bays and islands for a fraction of what this has cost you…I literally only have to drive 40 minutes in all directions to see pristine waterfront views…tourists want to experience the Japanese culture of which this Hotel does not offer. Add to that…I got one of my tattoos in Tokyo so not being able to utilise a public Onsen if you have tattoos is completely ridiculous 😢

Welcome to Japan. As odd as it is, there are a lot of public baths that require all tattoos to be covered up and hidden and its pretty common
