Without a shadow of a doubt, your vids are by far the best farming clips on KZbin. You're not just trying to promote your services with 'Hollywood' style visuals backed with techno music, as some do. You keep it interesting, as well as making me feel that i am actually there, taking part. That is what i want - the reality of farming. Having always been interested in the idea of farming ever since i was a nipper (big machinery etc.), i always wanted to be 'a farmer'. Well, i got to do a little , after i left school, and i thoroughly enjoyed it. The interest has never left me though, and i absolutely love your whole take on what you upload/show us. Please, never change the way you present your work. I, along with many others (clearly) love watching your clips! Nice one, Andy & the team... \m/ (:o)

Great video again Andy. You’ve probably mentioned it before but how come you don’t use the 6150r for small jobs on the farm?? All the best.

Andy, with the winter barley done the local farmer has ploughed around the headland but only done straight strips across the fields about 12m apart with the rest so far untouched. Whats the idea behind it? Learning a lot from you thanks.
@Itsafarminglifeforme5 жыл бұрын
Hi are you sure he has used a plough? Because what a lot of people do is use a subsoiler to break up compacted ground I.e the headland and the tramlines that run up the field for the sprayer to drive along. 👍

Spot on Andy. That's just what he has done. Like I said 'learning lot from you!'

How big are the two farms and are they far apart. I am a bit jealous of your large fields. I have smaller fields in Ireland and only about 180 acres.
