No, which is why I haven’t been using it. It only works if everyone in the area uses it at the same time, which is why Roserush and I could fight using it.

Listen just think of it like this if you use that's Speedster serum you aren't actually using your own speed okay your own speed it's inside of you you just have to unlock it right now you're only tapping into it just dig deep inside yourself while you're running I mean that is how the flash did it also don't forget to have backup plans and backup places for all of you also what I mean by that is you got have more than one plan and you also have to have more than one face because since that base was found it's compromised so are you just going to let them come in or are you going to relocate and get faster.
