Welcome to the channel guys. Today we start a new channel with some crazy fun sim drifting. The game today is CarX Drift and I show you how and why I got into sim drifting as another hobby for days I can't enjoy real life track days!

Yo dude, hell yeah. Tokyo Xtreme Racer series were so damn good, I played the hell out of Zero, 1 and 3! You were able to customize the car's fenders, front, rear, lights, gauges, you could even swap your car's engine at that time! The car's weight even took a huge part of the game, and you were able to get carbon fiber parts. It was such an all around racing game for car lovers! They were so ahead the time, such an underrated series, like no one knew about it. 20 years later and some games these days still trying to catch up to what made TXR so precious! Lol.

I recommend getting Assetto Corsa Ultimate edition from Eneba (got most of my games from there) it's extremely cheap over there and also the game is a proper racing simulator which has amazing mods, although you would have to watch how to setup some graphical mods and content manager to make it easier to install mods and launch the game on a track you want!

Ngl I saw 'real life drifter' and the Logitech wheel and I came to see you struggle but you had some pretty nice slides. Kudos. Also CarX has the japanese highways and stuff like in Assetto Corsa. It doesn't look as pretty though. CarX is just easier to setup and get ripping. I spend more time messing with mods in Assetto than I do actually driving.

Love to hear what you find more realistic when you try assetto. Im sure Assetto will be more realistic but im curious how much so. Forza and assetto are night and day difference, project cars is closer to assetto than forza in my opinion

If you ever Wana join some private all wheel player lobbies give me a shout ✌️ there's alot of grassroots style lobbies. Car x is a blast. Another good tip, is when you in a race, while paused you can access another settings tab for the in car view that will control everything from deleting the driver and steering wheel, and how fast the camera rotates, seating position, ect. Makes the I car view really good imo!

try out assetto corsa! its way more realistic feeling physics wise and you can do absolutely anything with the mods through content manager. insane graphics, cars, any drift track in person you can think of. some of the cars even have carplay

asseto corsa is good, just watch a tutorial for your wheel and follow it and you should be fine, there is some really good car packs you can get and heaps of tracks, id highly recommend asseto corsa as your next purchase, i play both but asseto corsa just hits different :)

try playing assetto instead, Carx is good, but I believe (especially for wheel) assetto has better physics and stuff. Still play Carx, nice and chill game to just practice some essentials, and then Assetto is good for the more realistic game

You should give assetto corsa a go! Much more realistic when it comes to drifting as its and actual Simulator. Loads of cars mods and maps etc! i've got some videos on my channel if you wanna check it out

I came across your channel in my feed, I have the same Logitec wheel you are using however I have not been able to thus far to get it to work in CarsX, Forza 5, or Asseto. I was wondering if possibly you could share your wheel settings so that I can possibly mirror them and see if I can get the wheel to work on my PC.

@@mbennett3226 I'll reply back later because I can't remember off top and I'm not at home right now.. but for starters get the ultimate tune ,100% lock the diff, turn your wheel rotation to 720 degrees(as your skills increase you can increase 900) and max out ffb.. that will probably get you 70% improved feeling

Hey what do you think. Is this game that realistic if i learn to drift in this game than i will be able to drift in real life? I have been playing carx drift for like 4 months now and i can drift really well in it. Do u think i will be able to drift in real life?

Not for CarX it's too arcade-like. It might translate if you turn off all the aids since you won't have them in real life but Assetto has been pretty realistic to me. I do know people that learned to drift on Assetto and can now do it in real life right away

this game originally came out on smartphones as a free app, ( only bc it contained content you have to buy ) but yeah I remember carxdriftracing 1* was like an O.G school video game😅🤣😂😭 I’d grind that shit day in day out on the “tilt device to steer” mode , that shit was L I T T asl fr , then came the Carxdriftracing 2 which was a greatly refined version of the first I mean most sincerely a complete overhaul I mean I was genuinely takenaback when I first loaded it up on my phone way back when, me n my buddy’s would get baked n do online tandems for HOURS lol, the game was so successful as an app they decided to whip up a downloadable version for all platforms, Xbox, Ps4 as well as pc. . . Now . I say alllllllllllllll of that to say this . . . Entirely regardless of any & all game & or wheel settings of any sort, the actual nature & design of the games physics is based around & quote - “ assistive sliding & control “ there’s tons & tons of videos about it for you to learn for yourself I think u really should, trust me on this . Playing ac, then this game back to back comparison , you’ll see E X A C L T Y what everyones talking about . . . carx is an arcade game for fun, nothing more nothing less, although it is an undoubtedly outstanding one at that, but it’s not even remotely realistic once you’ve drifted in Ac, then this directly aft to compare the two . Only then you’ll have that moment of complete realization & be in true awe .
