A 4x2 f150 standard cab has a capacity of 2500-2800 depending on engine 3.5 vs 5.0.... there’s some serious yuck factor there because I couldn’t roll with a standard cab but it’s doable but you’ll still be ,axed the hell out. You’d had to buy the stripped down version of that trailer... Best to upgrade the truck or get a different trailer. Hell, for an f150 to truly be on the safe side you’ll need a pop up like from four wheel campers or similar (palomino etc). But I hear those have issues with condensation and noise.. 😩 truth be told I think people will still toss this on their super crew and not care

hi Brad, thanks for all the great videos... what truck campers do not have a large hang over on the back of the truck? i tow a trailer and cannot use a hitch extension due to the weight. i have a gmc 3500 dually longbed.

Lance 850 for your truck. How much tongue weight your have on your trailer? We use a SuperHitch with SuperTruss over and under style that’s rated for 1,260lbs tongue weight

Cubby doors outside appear to be thin and flimsy. Do not believe it will function in winter camping. Lance is a quality camper. But it appears their cutting corners.
