It’s hard to decide between Lance or Arctic Fox. But after all I’ve researched it seems like Arctic Fox has won. But I guess it’s like Chevy or Ford it’s just a preference. But I do believe Arctic Fox is the best. Let me know. 😂👍🏻

Hey Brad, Do y'all sell the slide-out wiper seals for the Lance truck campers? None of these dealers down here in Houston have their heads enough out of their asses to answer a phone so I thought I'd order it from someone who understands these campers. Best I can figure it is called a "double EKD" wiper. 2018 Lance 1172 driver's slideout vertical 66" inner strip. I don't need the D seal.

Brad with the camper getting heavier over the past several years has the '4 season package' been added to the current 2024/2025 650 models? I've toured a 650 and although it is one of Lance's smallest truck campers it has windows large enough and in the right places to make it seem open. I don't know if I could convince the husband to try one because of the fridge placement... Thanks for the tour. I'm imagining the bathroom as a human wash now - like a car but for people 🧼
@itsbrad7 күн бұрын
2025 Lance 650 still no 4 season option, gotta step up to the 825 Maybe in the near feature we’ll see them (Lance) add it as an option? 😄

Wow that's a complete fail of a design, the shower hose diverter in the bathroom sink (wrong taps ordered there), n the sewer hose storage blocked by the awning, n a sideways propane tank 🤣. The designers must have been in a hurry on this one. I think Lance had good builds 15+ years ago but not today. And don't be stupid putting this on a f150. 🍻

@@SpykersB completely right, I sell them… if they sell, is it really a failed design? lol
@SpykersB11 күн бұрын
@@itsbrad yes it's a fail on their part of installing incorrect taps, of not thinking about an awning arm, of installing a propane tank on its side etc. Poorly thought out, means time not invested in the design. They use to design well by max space and storage, now it's like an after thought. 🍻

I wanted to join that “member” channel but someone said it’s just pics of your feet and you sprawled out across the hood of a 76’ trans am in a borat bikini. I’m not paying for that. Now, maybe a little try it before you buy it in my dm…. Who knows, but as of right now I’m not here for that. At least I don’t want to be. I feel like you’re forcing my hand. Absolutely ridiculous!! 57k for that? Let me tell you folks something: Last year I bought a 1980's used camper in great shape from an elderly couple that owned it since new. They advertised it for $1,200. I paid $1,000 for it. Always stored under cover and never leaked. It fits an 8 foot truck bed. It has a full size 3 burner stove with large oven, large stainless kitchen sink, large 2 way fridge with large freezer, water heater, 30 gallon fresh water tank. It doesn't have a bathroom though. But we don't live in the darn thing only camp 2 or 3 days at a time, so I bought a nice composting toilet for it. The color of the camper was that ugly 70's and 80's cream and brown, so we painted the exterior white and turquoise blue. We also painted the entire interior. I put in a fantastic fan, new bed matress, new tile on the floor, new back splase behind the sink and stove, and added 2 solar panels on the roof, both 150w each and a controller. Then I bought two large RV batteries. I have a TOTAL of $3,500 into the camper and it now looks brand new. Oh, one more thing, it doesnt have a heater. But we dont camp in the winter anyway. However, I plugged the camper into my Honda 2,000w EU generator and ran a small space heater inside the camper on a 25F day and it stayed 75F inside no problem. I set the space heater on 750w and the generator ran literally for hours during this test. So for those cold summer mornings, no problem!! The camper smells fresh and new inside and looks great, like new. All this for $3,500!! If you're only weekend camping, or perhaps a week long road trip or hunting this is the way to go. The BEST part, my camper only weights 1,300 lbs dry, and still less than 2,000 lbs loaded. My Chevy 2500 HD diesel doesn't even know it's back there.
