If it helps future runs on Doom Eternal, You can fast travel before the end of each level. Right before you leave the area, fast travel unlocks and you can teleport to locations earlier in the level.

If i remember right, the no replaying levels in extra life mode is intentional so you cant farm lives

@@Lord-Griff Agreed. It's why I got the Battle Mode trophies out the way first with some boosting friends. It took 2 days to get the trophies for each of us since we had to switch who was the Slayer every so often to rack up the 200 multiplayer kills. Honestly, Doom 2016's multiplayer is much better (even though if you want the 100% (not just platinum), you'd have to grind to Echelon 8 (effectively Level 400 in multiplayer)).

Y'know you could've just... used fast travel at the end of that one level to get the secret. Just go into the map, click on whatever button fast travel is linked to, and select the part that's closest to that one area

I was about to say that I have just gotten the platinum in 2024... but then I realised you said "WITHOUT boosting". I agree, the multiplayer is pretty much dead. Amazingly, Doom 2016's multiplayer is still going strong 8 years on, to the point where you can even get all multiplayer DLC trophies easily.

You do know you can replay missions in the main menu when you select the save game slot it tells you you can continue, play master levels, or REPLAY MISSIONS!!! That you havent 100 percent completed

Theirs a quick resume every time you complete a mission at the end of the mission the left side of you screen their a button that should pop out blue text and says quick resume and what ever button you press for the map you click the quick resume what ever button you have to press and you can go back and collect what you missed

So uh, when you reach the end of a level, it allows you to fast travels to many different key points in the level, and one of these is only slightly before the toy you missed. So... 🙄

there a trick to collectibles you cant last check point to get. the one in the tunnel you fell down if you die it respawns you at your last check point so any collectibles you cant last checkpoint to get you have to die and it will respawn you at the last known check point I'm a different human being I BEAT the game on the hardest difficulty in 1 run getting all the collectibles
