The bumps happen to any product if you swatch them to much, because the dirt and oil on your fingers gets in the product. Which creates the little bubbles or residue build up film on the product, it can happen to any powder. Just wanted to let you know! Just scratch the bumps off with a clean nail or knife and it will get rid of them.

I was wondering about that! I just got the OG Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette and I kept on violently (the only word that could describe it) rubbing my finger in the shade Strawberry Bon Bon to try to make the swatch pigmented. It isn't very pigmented... It has the bumps on it now...

+Grace Vaught yeah that shade is very very pale to begin with but yeah the more you put your fingers in any powder the more it will get those bumps and form a film on top, take a clean butter knife and lightly scrape the top and it should be better! Or a clean finger nail does fine too.

I've also heard that you can use packing tape to remove the hard film, wasting less product than scraping it off.

Even better than scraping, you can take a piece of scotch tape to the powder and it will eliminate the hard surface without marring it

I really love declutter videos because you get to see what products people actually liked enough to keep. Plus its a nice way to see what makeup people have without it just strictly being a makeup collection Were currently cleaning out the entire house and decluttering everything and cleaning so we can have a garage sale this weekend (we've been working at it for a while). I was working on it earlier today but I got tired and needed a break. Hopefully you're happy to hear that after watching this video I was inspired to get back into it again! I'm not great at decluttering my makeup (or art supplies haha) but I've found when I do it feels great and I don't miss anything thats gone, usually I don't even notice its gone!

I love your declutter videos. You do actually get rid of a good amount of makeup, whereas some other channels are a bit discouraging because they keep so much and get rid of so little, as if the video is a way to justify keeping oodles of their collection. This is refreshing! Thank you!!

Me and Jess go for totally different blush types though she seems to go for candy pinks and I go for... idk peachy/rosy pinks. I still need "red" because I'm so cool toned and my face is like always red that putting ORANGE on would be wrong... but I still need the warmth apparently. For all I know candy pink blushes would probably look bomb on me yet I cringe just looking at em haha!!!

Jess, this is random, but you should look into getting a Pandora necklace or bracelet. They have a collection of Disney charms and they are ADORABLE!!! You should check the website to see all of them. They have most princesses, and of course a lot of Mickey and Minnie. That, and the jewelry itself is wonderful quality. You can bathe, sleep, swim, and pretty much do anything in them

I absolutely love and absolutely hate cleaning out my makeup collection because I have a weird habit of almost humanizing everything and feeling guilty for throwing stuff out because "maybe it'll look better next time" or something like that, but these decluttering videos have made it so much easier for me to justify letting stuff go. If I'm having a particularly hard time deciding what to do with a product, i just think "what would Jessica do?" I just did my very first declutter on my own collection and to be honest at first I was scared lol. Then once I went through everything and realized how much I had that I wasn't using it became such a relief and weirdly satisfying to get rid of it. I threw some things away and then passed some on to my 2 daughters and what was left of that went to my friends daughter who just started getting into makeup. It also made me happy that I could pass it on to people who were so grateful to have it.
