we had hail in texas once that literally busted out almost all my windows in a little S10 Blazer. Hail went THROUGH the windshield, THROUGH the dash, THROUGH the dash speakers, and was sitting on the floor mat under the dash. Never seen anything like it. The body was trashed. All the windows in the entire apartment building were busted out. Crazy.

Since you can't build a covered parking area... just build an addition to the house. Put a loft above and have room for 4 or 5 cars below. Essentially a disconnected garage. HOA can't say no to an additional building if it flows with the house. My friends dad did it and they live in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the state. Football, nascar, basketball and golf players all have houses there.

The last time we had bad hail here in Perth, Western Australia was in 2010. It was bigger than golf balls, and thousands of cars ended up dimpled and dented, looking like golf balls!!! It was an insurance companies nightmare.

Lol I live in this general area, I moved from Marietta in Sept last year. Right before I moved there was a couple of decent rainstorms, my 6' back fence was 5 feet underwater and high water line came up to my knees on the back of my house. Luckily the house was on a high crawlspace so I didn't get flooded. it did however do a number on my push mower and weedeater haha Same flood caused a sinkhole on the road to the park like 500ft from my house. It collapsed as a car drove over it, but the occupants were fine and the car only had minor damage somehow. The saga of the City repairing the sinkhole was hilarious. At least one contractor vehicle (large woodchipper truck) also fell prey to the sinkhole and required a rotator to recover xD Before the flood, the rains caused a pear tree next to my driveway to drop a large branch directly above where I was standing holding my doggo. I heard it cracking and friggin bolted. Glad I moved cuz it was a sizable branch. I was pissed but the next morning a huge section of the tree had fallen. the thin tips of the branches missed babe's 3 series by 2 ft. Quite the experience overall.

The cars with wraps might be okay because the vinyl adds a little extra thickness, but you might want to get the others checked out. My car got hailed on quarter to golf ball sized hail and it left some very small dings and ended up being about 3200$ Damn... no overhang carport from HOA? literally hailing and causing hundreds or potentially thousands of $ of damage and... damn I couldn't live there... that's nuts. Should try and find a place with a shop really close to it or even on the same property.

They do all kinds of runs, get together’s etc,,, I was a member when they first founded the club many moons ago. Ga has a huge Z car fan base. And a ton of performance Z car shops. Wish I still owned any one of the several that I had back in the day!
