You make the best recipe vids! I live in a studio apartment with a mini fridge, toaster oven, electric kettle, single burner hot plate and a microwave. I have very little space and live a busy life as an artist and caregiver for my husband who had a stroke. These videos are PERFECT for someone like me. So...thanks! ❤

You should do a "go shopping with me" kind of video. And while getting each food, tell us ways to use it. I always feel so overwhelmed with all the ingredients because I don't want to go buy everything for just one recipe, you know? :)

Amber James great idea! but until she actually makes the video, a good tip would be to watch a lot of hervideos and see what ingredients are used most often. i would say to splurge on the veggies and spices first, and then go on to finding vegan alternatives (i.e. vegan cheese, tofu, non-dairy milk.) hope i helped! x

I just wanted to let you know what an inspiration you are to me. You and I talked a while back about me being on blood thinners and not being able to be vegan because of my food restrictions (although I make it a habit to eat a vegan meal at least once a day). I watch EVERY video you put up, and take the inspiration and ideas that I am able to use. Your kindness and compassion are so heartwarming and I wanted to thank you for being such a kind human being to all people.

The less processed versions are in the frozen section of your local health food store. The more processed versions (like fake bacon tempeh) are in the refrigerated section usually alongside tofu products.
