If you are sick with a very sore throat and if you are up all night in the bathroom (so you had very little sleep), the very last thing that you should do is go to the gym and work out. When your body is both ill and not well-rested, it is crying out for sleep and recovery time, not increased exercise. I know you didn't ask, but I am a Mom, and so I felt like I needed to say something.

Also, when your throat is really sore, sometimes when you exercise, and your heart rate is increased, then you breathe more heavily or rapidly, and that can make your throat feel worse. It didn't seem to do that this time, but it can, so just be aware of that. And also, not talking or doing a video can help it to heal more quickly too. You are allowed not to film for a day or two if you are sick, and everyone would understand.

Wow, In Michigan where I live if you skip school a lot you will either get held back a grade or you would have to do Summer school. If you don’t change your oil in your car you can do major damage to your engine, then might have to have your engine rebuild or replaced.
