I want them to add job interviews to the game. Like your Sim has to have a certain level of a skill and qualify for the job instead of them just getting it instantly.

​@@TTAmber I think this would be the best implementation. That way, players who like being able to instantly get a basic job and work up can still play that way but others can try their hand at interviewing for a better level and start higher up the ladder.

There's actually a really good mod that has those features :D If you're on pc and can have mods its by Zero. It takes into consideration skills, mood, personality etc. It also has a resume and interview acceptance (and rejection) Highly recommend checking it out :)

​@@schoolonly2282 Oh the highchair, that doesn't work that well in my game... I no longer have toddlers because my sims seem to not care about them at all. They never feed, bathe, change their diaper unless I tell them to do so :P

Is that why the lot trait for Iconic Model Agency is not there? Cause I have both Venue mods installed the basemental one and the Venue mods you need for the mod.
