I own an ET7, and this EL6 also looks good. NIO back at home got a really intensive competition, lots EV-makers like BYD, Li-auto, Zeekr, Avatr and Tesla are literally trying everything they've got competing hard, it is good to see NIO having a rather big fan group abroad also.

Nice! Sad thing is that the start here in Europe has been a bit slow, but that gorszmost premium Chinese EVs in Europe. Takes time to build confidence on a new market.

@@ItsOnlyElectric I think the decisions that those Chinese brands like NIO and BYD had made for the European market are more or less related to political situations, been seen what happened to Huawei, they do need to consider more, steps by steps in the home to those European legacy giants. There is no such thing as fair competition after all. But let's hope for the best, competition indeed brings benefits to customers.

Thank you for another very good, high quality video. I have ordered an EL6 in a color called Galaxy Shadow and will get it delivered to Gothenburg in a couple of weeks. Haven't seen it live yet and am a little afraid it should be too much purple looking. I believe your test car was in Galaxy shadow and looked great in the video. What do you think? Is it grey with a hint of purple or the other way around?

Good test! Loooove the EL6. Nio nailed it with this one. I ordered one a few days ago in the color Airspace blue w/beige(gravel) interior and BaaS! Cant wait!!

I really want this car, I think. I test drove it briefly in The Netherlands. I feel a connection with it which I don't with most other cars. I really don't know why. Is it really better than other cars? I personally couldn't say, but I think I'm going to buy it when it comes to Belgium.

Awesome video, spot on points of discussion , but i think you should have shown and the battery swap station and change a battery on the video, because this is the main feature that makes this car and the brand in general unique from every other car out there. You look " Happy" testing this car. Time to change the Model Y ( I know I told you this before). This car seems to have the full package. I really really like this car, i get its a bit "pricey"...but...hard to understand the low selling numbers in Europe for this particular model. Having watch hundreds of reviews...NIO seems to be a real premium brand, above Tesla models.

Yes got it right, really think it has the whole package, still have 1 year of lease left on my MYP.. 🙂 I think the biggest obstacles for nio in europe are: - The price model, it's complex for the consumers and hard to evaluate - It's a new and unknown brand that is always concerning for a customer - there's a tradition of resistance against non European brands especially Chinese brands playing in the premium segment

The same level of equipment ( even though NIO will always have more features), quality exterior and interior, prices, range, charging time, including the swap technology, which I think is a great idea for EVs..I do believe people buy Tesla just because it became popular ( I am not saying it is a bad car).

That energy consumption is pretty decent considering my much smaller lighter and more aerodynamic single motor model3 mid range uses about 23kwh/100km at around -10C. The catch is that there is no 150kwh battery pack readily available for me😂😂😂

Yes, correct that is a pixel 8 pro. Love the camera and use it for some extra angels. Which version and color did you go for of the EL6...?

Charging is and will remain a big component of energy replenishing, NIO must not ignore it. For now in Europe there are not enough swap stations to only swap except in very rare situations

@David34981 that was my early concern for me too. Then when they updated the chemistry added 500KW chargers and now working in in house 800v system, NIO shows that charging also is of importance
