You’re suppose to take off the wall moldings when doing wood floor. Then lay the laminate wood down. The molding should go on top of the laminate wood that way there is no gaps . Then use a nail gun to hold the molding back in place

The house is the real move right now. It’ll never get easier to buy one, you will always be ahead on it. I purchased my first home two years ago up here in Washington, it went up 200k in that short period of time, but I plan on renting it long term.

The small lounge by the back door is called a breakfast nook... that’s where u put the table... the area where u said you would put the table and the cut outs on the wall... I would filling the cut cuts to make the wall flat so u can put a bigger TV and put a couch there

Definitely gotta do the garage floor with epoxy or polycuramine coating. I got two good videos on both coatings. One on my new house and another at my father in laws. I’ve done 4 of these floors myself over the years. Easy.

Love the new addition to the channel with house remodelling vlogs. Really smart move even though the cars are investments in a way but real estate is truelly the best asset/investment. Just a side note shouldn’t you have pulled the side skirts in the rooms off then put the flooring down and then screw in the side skirts again.
