You're in Uk where there is demand for quality engineer is high and employees can dictate the terms quite a bit, here it's is not that good because of the population we can find a replacement cheaper, say hotels, Everyone was saying they are getting 15 k the average fresher TCS salary is 22k so IT companies are not far off. If they grow in field they might get good jobs or need to switch companies . Gobi was saying if you can't work till 9-7 how can you run a business 24 hours .

In Uk employees can work on terms but what you've committed you have to deliver. Full time employee should do 9-5:30 timings which is not negotiable. If you want reduced hours then you'll be part time employee with reduced hours and pay which has to be agreed with employer about timings. Everywhere in the world every private employee should adhere to company policy no one works fully on their terms, there very selected people in the world who can do this.

Since i wanted to learn , i worked late, i used to catch express trains ,travel an hr and reach home around to 12 midnight, i used to walk 1.5kms alone in the road. Co passengers harrasment lam thandi night veetuku poganum. And the server father expectation is, he wants his son not to face any humiliation like faced. Ex: in 90s my father worked as govt emp, since he donot converse in english, he was himiliated by his superiors, he was even transferred to long travel region. When my dad was sick, he was humiliated much to rejoin work. The superiors made my dad and mom to stand outside office for one week. Only people who faced such humiliations can understand. My father gave me good education, i understood the work situation and worked beyond hours and now in decent position. Indha 2k kids ku ellamey easy ah kedaiku, adhan laziness.
