I did exactly what you demonstrated but in “on demand” there was only the BBC iPlayer nothing else. Any ideas how I can get itv iPlayer on my Panasonic smart tv please, thanks.

That's great but is it then possible to pause these programs whilst watching them like on the iPlayer app? I've tried my pause button but nothing happens, and if I exit then go back to the program it starts from the beginning.

Interesting when I press the home button on my Panasonic viera cx5500 I think it is I get the pink outline and the yellow box but I don't get the same menu at the bottom that you get any ideas?

What Viera TV is this? My model (the manual is for TX-40CX680B ,TX-50CX680B and TX-55CX680B but there is nothing on the TV to indicate which) has a different remote (the Home button is on the right side not the top) and the screen display is different. So this demo does not work for me. My Apps include ITVHub and All4 but neither of them work through the internet connection. I have no My5 app. Why don't they all work through the internet, like iplayer and utube?

When I select on demand from the home page I get a message saying I am not connected to the internet, when I check the connection I am connected, can acces the internet via the apps button but not from the on demand.

I cannot get the "free Digital TV screen on my Viera TX-L42E The Home Sreen names are all above the inset screen not below it as on your demo. Also the Homescreen names are different from those on your demo. The names are Home Screen, Lifestyle Screen, Info Screen, Video Screen or Add new screen. I looked for updated software but get a message saying that this is the latest version. Help please

I think that's because you are in HDMI or AV mode in the main window. You need to switch that to TV

When your TV was shipped it is in 'shop mode' you need to change to 'home' mode. Try Menu >> Setup >>System Menu >> Shipping Condition>> YES >>> Choose Home and then the TV sets up again. You'll have to set up internet again.
