How did Howard Hewitt get by you?? Howard Hewitt is one of the greatest singers of all time. When he was the lead singer for the group Shalamar, he put out a song called, For the lover in you. That song is about a man proposing to his woman with a ring. Till this very day that song is played on the air and requested. People get married with that song. He's my brother's favorite artist. I can imagine so, they literally look like twins...lol. Naturally he's younger. And don't let "Night to remember" get by you. It is also by Shalamar. And "I'm for real" by Howard Hewitt.
