I first known IU through Hotel Del Luna. At 1st I think she is pretty much ordinary. Then I randomly pick this song just to see how good she sing. This song was the 1st IU song that I heard. I felt so much awe, goosebump & shocked. It felt like I finally found the ultimate korean artist that I have been searching. I'm pretty much abandon other 1st crushes and solely shipping IU haha.. (sorry PSH, Suzy 😅) .. I'm glad I choose this song

I'm so happy when see news about Ms.iu drop new album love poem but suddenly my happy stop bad news about sulli and Ms.iu released this song october she changed to nov 1 becouse she spending her times 3 day to stay with sulli and helping sulli family this so sad and i'm so worry about Ms.iu becouse no news about her after sulli news come out but everything be ok we uaena sending love and support to Ms.iu in her IG,IU TV i believe she strong woman little by little dear estafania thank you so much for your reactions 😊

This song was covered by a lot of singers, it killed all kpop charts, and many people cried when listening to it. I mentioned Mrs Kim Aena in your "good day" reaction, who is a super super famous and talented lyricist in Korea and wrote many songs for IU when IU debuted. But since 2014, IU have started composing, and she wrote lyrics for all her songs, Kim Aena said that :" whenever she read IU's lyrics, she really wanted to resign her job, because IU's level was higher than of her, and nobody can be on the same level as IU" Thanks for ur reaction so much. In my opinion, this song is much more effective without any visual cues. It's all about the melody and lyrics. This might be the most emotional song from IU in my view. The song is clearly about her desire to offer support to those in depression around her. The circumstance of Sulli's death at the scheduled time for the release of this song made it feel tragic. The profound sadness and regret can be felt so palpable in this song.

The piano intro is so hauntingly beautiful..i love it so much the first time i listen to it. And the "I'll be there" and later "Here i am!" Hit me so hard..it was a really a simple sentences but i really a powerful one..much like Palette "i got this! Im truly fine". This song was supposed to be released mid october but few days before its release her friend Sulli died. Because of this incident she postponed the release date and moved it to nov. 1. The coincidence between the supposedly release date of the song and the death of Sulli made the lyrics more emotional and thats why many people cried when they heard about it specially on the early days of its release. There is also some things that came to my mind after i heard of this song for the first time. What if Sulli didnt commit suicide and this song was released on its real date of release? What if she heard of this song maybe she might have a little courage knowing that IU is there singing and saying that she is always there for her, help her in her battle and will never leave her until the end. By the way, its good to see that you are okey now. Stay safe and healthy also.

This genius lyricist IU really knows how to touch everyone's heart. This song really hits differently. Her lyrics is the main reason why i got so hooked with IU. Her songs gives healing. If I'm feeling all these anxiety, I just listen to IU and it calms me.
