Huge blow for Croatia, who looked to just be hitting their stride. That said, they were able to oust Spain in 2016 without Modrić and Mandžukić, so I'm sure they will persevere. Amazing and lucky that no one else on the team was affected. Thanks for the report.

@@adamknight5089 Yes very true, I find it very odd no one else also tested positive, perhaps it was a false positive, maybe they could have retested him if allowed.

@@LiveNewsNow1 I wonder if he's vaccinated and the symptoms are mild as a result. As you mentioned, I would hope if he felt healthy, there was the ability to protest the result and retest.
