Brilliant stuff. I had a 1973 crayford convertible Capri. Why don't you do a Conversion on one? Mine was just a 1600cc but you could go further!!

I really enjoyed the photographs but the oil not so much. I tried some in a Honda CB750 running a Dunstall 900cc conversion I ran back in the 80's and as Century were just up the road. Literally within 20 miles I mangled a big end. The journal was well in spec, new shells and a good oil pump. Was the oild in your race car really recycled or was it something special?
