This video is designed to help you out if you're looking to do production engraving runs on physical products with your diode laser. I'll go over each step of the process needed in order to create this locking teeth jig as well as the design template for your physical products. I'm using the Creality Falcon2 22w laser but you can follow along with this video with any diode laser.

Do we use the Kerf setting on the jig base or just the template jigs?

@@benreyes2595 I think it only matters on the cut layers. So both if you’re referring to the jig base teeth

​@thatDIYlife cool thanks. Also how do you get the template squares and everything else to 0,0 so easily? I type in 0,0 and it puts the center of the selected item on 0. How do I quickly align left and bottom like you do?

@@benreyes2595 I normally push the move to home button to move it to 0,0. The bottom left was home/0,0 on the falcon2
