Hi Good video, curious to know weither there was any copper washers under the injectors

Good demonstration , however what can cause injectors to leek after cleaning and closing up.

Making sure the injectors seats are clean depending where its leaking from

@@kieferste they are leeking on the joint between the lower and uper cover .there is black material that melted and was pushed out through the threads from inside the injectors.those who trying to repair seams not sure what could that be.

Have you checked the fuel pressure on the rail there's a sensor check the voltage on the 3 wire plug the middle wire should be at 0.5v on cranking you want to see near a 1v or just over off the top of my head can't remember the specs

@@kieferste thank you very much for your answer I have even replaced the pressure sensor on the rail I have also replaced the fuel regulator pressure on the injection pump I did a leak off test of the four injectors to see the flu but they are uneven

How uneven are they if its a big difference on one or 2 that's your answer the reason I asked your voltage is to see if your getting the pressure

So I've put the injectors in but before I took them out the battery was dead charged it up now it won't start there's no power to the injectors coincidence or what
