It is -12 celcius. The ECU keeps the glow plugs on for a certain amount of time in relevance to certain conditions. On the other hand, if it was a hot day, then the glow plugs would only be on for a few seconds.

Id dosnt have glovplugs. It heats intake air with diesel preheat system. Thats why it takes so long
