Let’s collect some information about the reason for your call so we can route it to the appropriate representative.” The listener goes thru all the robot prompts and responses and much later actually get to a human representative. I love being thought of as similar to Pumps. Great complement. However, referring to my African Grey parrot by the moniker, “CRACKPOT”, I find highly insulting. The poor bird’s grandfather was literally snatched from a tree in Africa as part of an illegal bird smuggling operation, and stowed away on ship to U.S. without even a sip of water.. Many of these parrots died during the voyage. These African Greys have been through enough!
