Beans are terribly dusty this year and those calm days mean driving blind a large part of the time. No injuries, combine mostly OK, could have been a lot worse. One of our tenant's 9250 's had a similar rotor drive gearbox problem, could not get it to shift into corn gear. They got into the gearbox and got it to shift so it can run corn to finish out the harvest season.

Add anti-Ditch technology to that Case combine along with the extra grease zerts.. 😅. The KZbin farming community has had its fair share of self inflicted carnage so far and the season is only half over.. We need someone to do a collaboration of all the “Old Guys” carnage for the year and hand out an award based on viewer votes for the best “Old Guy” mishap.. I mean if you can’t laugh about it then all you have left is crying over spilled milk 😂 💩happens on the farm and that’s the one thing in farming you can count on so I give props to all of the KZbinrs that share the good with the bad and keep the reality of the industry front and center..👍🏽

Probably a couple beavers in that ditch talking to each other. "ya see that big red thing. Sure would make a nice foundation for a dam, save us a lot of work, and be nearly impossible to move if we get it in there right. Let's stir some dust and see what happens". In all seriousness though, I am glad that everybody is safe. A farmer near me about 10 years ago had his son injured on the job and found out family members are not covered unless they are specifically listed on the policy, so everybody out there might want to be sure everything and everybody is covered.
