As a person with Endometriosis here is what I would do - halt all preparations and get a laproscopy first. Then if excisions are made, wait for 2-3 months to heal (while taking hormone suppressors if endo is confirmed) and then proceed with transfer. This is why : endometriosis can prevent a healthy embryo from implanting due to the inflamed environment. Also, the risk for miscarriage is significantly higher if adhesions prevent the uterus from expanding normally. I wouldn't want to risk healthy embryos not knowing what is going on if endo is suspected. I got only pregnant after laproscopy. My uterus had been pushed far to the right from the growths. Ultrasound missed that, only MRI recognized. My left side was a in cobweb. I got pregnant with meds and I'll try that again, but if I'll ever use my frozen eggs, I'll try to get another laproscopy first. I hope you don't actually have it, but to be sure at least I recommend taking the minipill whenever not ttc or pregnant.

That’s such good advice! With a nice perspective of actual facts of what could or couldn’t happen . That’s what I was thinking too, but definitely their decision hoping and praying everything goes well!
