Hi i need help , im from malaysia i used the Australia eta app and filled out the passport and paid the 20 AUD fee as requested and i recieved a email saying ( provide additional information by completing Form 1554: ETA Request for further processing and attach it toyour application in ImmiAccount) , i have filled out the form but i have no way to upload it on the IMMI website its asking me too ... is there any video you have that can help me or link to upload it to my account cause i created it and the only option is asking me to fill out 19 pages which i did but also asking to repay another 150 aud but in the email it says i dont need to reapply so maybe you can help me please...
