As a German you can use both evisitor and ETA. But the evisitor is free, so it makes more sense. Unfortunatelly I applied for an ETA. 🎉😂

Hello, I'm Colombian but I am also a resident from the United States, I have a green card but I don't have an american passport because I'm not a citizen yet, can I still apply for the ETA visa? the embassy told me I could apply, but how are they going to know I'm an american resident if they don't ask for that information, just passport details.
