My take is a time traveling concept where we get to control both younger and older ben and younger ben will have his og 10 aliens with a bit more and older ben could have og 10 with his designs and his own aliens as well. Eon could be the main boss. A big open world map could be fun to explore with a bunch of side activities for both ben separately in their own timeline worlds with inspirations from the show.

I mean, they're fan-made productions based on IPs owned by big companies (Cartoon Network/Warner Bros in Ben 10's case), so fan-game developers should have a lot of trouble due to copyright issues. I also have my own ideas for a Ben 10 fangame, but I prefer not to do it for this reason (besides the fact that, at least for now, I prefer to focus on my original project and because I don't have software to create video games).

Sometimes it depends on the case, the developer of a Ben 10 fangame can create a game based on the character, apparently without any problem, but what he cannot do is make money from the game, since the developer does not have the rights to the character to make money from it.

That's would be great but the scope is too big. i generally think Ben just has way too many aliens to do each one of them justice. At least in the fans eyes. Spidermonkey operating like Spider-Man, flying anyone you want, and adding each alien's abilities would be way too hard for an Indie studio to do let alone complete. This is why they mostly limited aliens in the more modern games. If they ever do a another game on the series it would be smart to focus on the Originals since they have less complex abilities while being familiar with audiences. To this day i still think Alien Force Vilgax pull of the concept the best and remains my favorite to this day.
