Innoson should do more of marketing his products outside igbo land, establishing show rooms around lagos, Lagos is the market, many people don't see these vehicles or know where they are, get a show rooms but on mainland and island in lagos I bet you that buyers will pursue you to your factory, Chinese people are in every part of lagos marketing their low quality cars while innoson is there sleeping

The painful part of it is that Nigerians do not appreciate all Indigenous manufacturers in Nigeria. Plus i think they do not market their products enough. For instance I'd suggest these car manufacturers partner with Nollywood so as to have their cars appear on big screens. Many people in Nigeria noticed Chevrolet not because they once sponsored Manchester United but because almost all Hollywood action movies used those cars. Same with Ford.

While I commend IVM for putting Nigeria on the map of auto manufacturers, I cannot but observe that when one views auto manufacturers factories in Europe, Japan, Asia, North and South America, factory infrastructure, aesthetics, environmental surroundings, etc, IVM’s looks like a mechanic workshop in comparison. Retain a foreign consultant from any one of the listed regions above versed in auto manufacture and they’ll transform the IVM factory plant set up in short order and place it at par with any other global player in the industry.

There will not be any showrooms. The manufacturer should not be the one setting up showrooms. The retailers are the ones responsible for that. Until the banking system catches up with the industry, IVM will continue to produce on an order by order basis.
