This talk is very relevant in today's society. To eat vegan raw and living foods is an act of self love. As many people as possible need to see this video and there is no sacrifice on flavour, variety etc. May Mr. La-Tham continue to spread this very important message.

seed milk, the best milk on the planet. it's so good to hear what this man knows about the coconut. My favourite 'milk' is soaked pumpkin seeds blended with coconut water. sheer heaven. Then the nut remains can be mixed with tamari, deyhydrated (or sun-dried,) added to dried (not candied) ground cranberries, and a few spices, like coriander, ... That is a delicious and alkalizing spice of its own. I have a feeling people who who not breast-fed could heal themselves of any of that energetic trauma and/or weakness in the bodily system with a 'course of treatment', with pumpkin seed milk. Could nurture themselves. (I tested this milk on two small children who were instantly magnetized by its deliciousness, and took to it as to the breast. (This would be a great way to wean children off the breast.. should that be necessary, or perhaps to supplement.) I have tasted drops of my own milk, when I was nursing my child, and the pumpkin seed milk (make with coconut water) is so close to that. I don't know if he mentions, but coconut water is the best thing for the kidneys... It truly does feel like the coconut is the perfect male/female balance: I never considered that before, the male tree, the female fruit, and the ocean, where it's drawing so much of its power, not to mention the sea air.... what a beautiful Creation. . . and yes, Beautiful Spirit. Thank you for this

The Relationship Zone T.R.Z. You can cook it in the dehydrator. His recipes are delicious and tasty 😋
@Saturns_Return
@Saturns_Return 3 жыл бұрын
I'd neither dehydrate nor cook food. Why not cook?: Cooked foods are denatured and altered on a chemical level so they have a different bowel transit time. That means they get backed up into the colon and become mucoid plaque. Getting mucoid plaque out of your system is a major pain and requires over a month of fasting. What's more cooked solid food is highly addictive so having a little very quickly turns into having a lot. Almost every raw foodist who plays with cooked food describes this experience of falling back into old addictions Why not dehydrate?: The water in the plant food is its life force. It's highly hydrating, electric plant blood. To dehydrate raw food is to strip it of its life force. When you put dehydrated food in your body, guess what your body does? It has to rehydrate the food using water from your own body. Dehydrated foods dehydrate you. Your veins are a river, and health is learning to fill that river with other cleansing waters. That can be the water found in greens, the water found in fruits, or even healthy brothy soups. But the moment you put cooked or dehydrated foods in your body, you dry and poison that river. You clog your colon and your lynph system cant eliminate the toxins that ail you in all ways anymore There's a lot of ways you can make your raw food more exciting though. You can use seasonings like cinnamon on papaya, or even some strained storebought ragu on some raw zucchini noodles with some blended tomatoes Whats more important than not eating toxins is not eating solid foods with slow bowel transit times. If you have some toxins (i.e in a cooked liquid sauce like ragu) and your organs of elimination are working good, then it can easily pass in and out of your system on a raw food diet. But if you eat cooked solid food, which are foods with slow bowel transit times your colon clogs, you get the backed up meals and mucoid plaque, and your lymphatic system cant drain to eliminate toxins. If you treat your body right it'll treat you right. Never eat cooked or dehydrated solid food

@thequeendrneithchannel7936
@thequeendrneithchannel7936 3 жыл бұрын
They are all full of starch especially dasheen. The way you can tell if it is beneficial for you is to juice it. The further down in the earth it has to grow, the less water it has in it so the less healthy it is for your body. When you juice yams, sweet potatoes or dasheen you get little to no juice. They are great for small animals and rodents because of their short digestive systems. But because our human digestive systems are so long, they are not the best fit for us.

The aim of juicing the carrots is not to plant carrots, we use seeds for that... The nutrients the carrot contained will simply be made available for consumption, without "killing" the minerals, nutrients and enzymes.
