I couldn't help but notice how the papaya look like two kidneys when you slice them into two! When I researched the benefits of papaya for the kidneys I've learned that the high levels of potassium help detox the kidneys! Thank you for sharing your recipe and really looks delicious as well as healthy!

Do almonds always have to go in dehydrator after soaking? Or can I just throw in blender for smoothies after soaking? Love
@jordanthefrugivore96973 жыл бұрын
dehydrating them makes them easier to store without spoiling since they are activated. you can definitely use them immediately. but also youll have a slightly different texture because the nuts will be infused with water. eye prefer it that way. also you can dehydrate the crust before putting the filling on. hope this helps.

What you mean Doc, by dehydrated? Can I just dry them naturally? How long should I do that before making the crust? What do you think about Fiji water? Wouldn't watermelon here in northeast US be equivalent to coconut water? Ya, I know so many questions. But I really want to know how to get that sexy chart of yours. I want to get it soon as I can so I can study it. Holler at me soon as you can OK. Peace!

Greetings Dr Aris, I am enjoying your show and congratulations on your successful work. I have been on raw food for a month now after 5 years of being vegan. I suffered from burning sensation of the descending colon for 24 years. I am getting better since I become a vegan. But I still have some days of flatulence that comes and goes. Any advice?

As healthy and as beautiful as that papaya is, the natural sugar in that fruit is still too much for a diabetic. There are still a number of fruits that are high on the glycemic index and natural sugars are as bad for us as processed sugar.
