I find it better than meditation! Our exhausted soul is so looking for warmth, love and care. I immediately remember my childhood, how my mother or grandmother rustled around the house, in the kitchen. Or they took care of me when I was ill. It was so calm and good. Meditation emanates coldness and detachment. There's a difference between becoming a zombie or being lukewarm.

Interestingly the thumbnail is not the same as the video. Throughout the video, Rose the model, is wearing a strappy top. But in the thumbnail she’s wearing a pink shirt. This was a good video, although I did feel for Rose, who really wanted to sleep. And wow, she has amazing hair. Beautiful woman.
