Beautiful watch, end of the day who cares in-house vs non-in house. The question that matters to me personally is - is it a good movement or not? The answer is yes, its not just a Sellita movement, it is a SW300-1, a top of the grade built and finished to IWC specs. Having seen one, it is beautifully finished and adjusted/regulated to 5 positions and all that. It is a reliable, robust and accurate movement. They need to do this to keep the prices reasonable, which of course in the luxury watch world is relative.

I think that Omega de Ville is a better value, you speak about a watch that costs arround 12000 euros in rose gold. The Omega the Ville rose gold is a nice watch too and you can buy it for arround 8000 euros.
