I've owned and worn my Pepsi GMT [no. 2] for 41 years, and my one watch for 32+ years. The Speedmaster [no. 3] was always the other watch I wanted for decades, and I finally purchased one in 2018. In 2019 I got a dress watch, my JLC Reverso, which did make this list, but not the model a mere human can afford. No matter, two out of three and in the top five is still a winner in my book. It was Andrew's Watchfinder videos in 2018 that sent me down the horological rabbit hole.

You entirely forgot to mention the 1971 Seiko Pogue, and the 1960s Acutron Astronaut with the tuning fork. The Bulova Lunar Pilot is at least still made. It's manual wind prototype was seen strolling around in the vicinity of Hadley Rille. (You might be picking up on a recent theme in my collection...) Sadly that plastic abomination you mentioned remains my poor substitute for the 1968 pre-moon that I am lusting after but cannot afford, at least until I find one at the flea market. Perhaps fodder for a future episode? Or even vintage watches in general.

Lange & Söhne Grand Complication 912.032, Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime 5175R-001, Vacheron Constantine Celestia Astronomical Grand Complication 3600, and the Jaeger-LeCoultre Hybris Mechanica Grande Sonnerie, Indeed Ludwig Oechslin is an amazing innovator and you mentioned his annual calendar watch along with the UN Freak.
