how to reset the camera? it says there's supposed to be a reset button but there's just the camera and motion detection button. It doesn't show up in my wifi settings, i've tried everything they suggested in the FAQs on their website

the camera can connect via Wi-Fi once or twice, then no more. I reinstalled software, I restarted the camera and the rooter several times. I tried different settings. The camera works from the phone, but it is in offline mode via WLAN. I contacted support. I think it's spam. after a few robotic questions they wanted to connect to my computer. I don't think it's a coincidence.

On my Android Vivo Y02, after I activate the camera hotspot then open the IWFCAM application, it doesn't immediately go online like in your tutorial, please help, thank you

This is one piece of crap. it either gets stuck on logging in or on checking wlan network. Even when you do get to the wifi config snd click on it, it just goes back to logging in. It will also not let you put in the ssid name, only the password, no matter how many times you refresh the wifi list. As I said, a complete pile of crap.

Will not work. Might be because the vid changes too fast. Slow it down and give us a chance.
