Both cameras work flawlessly now but be aware that in my particular situation when connecting the app to the internet a selection list will pop up where 3 connections options are offered. I had to select ' One time connection' rather then connect everytime in order to get the app to connect to the internet and activate the cameras. 🙏🏻- Thank you for your help with this problem.

Hi there, I have the newest version but do not see the icon for Sleep Mode. Do you have any suggestions to find it or enable it? I only have Share and Device Settings, while your demo also has a Sleep function.

Eu gostaria de saber se tem como desabilitar a sensibilidade do alarme do áudio, gostaria que ela só acionasse com movimento, pois reparei que ela dispara toda hora por qualquer ruído, mesmo sendo fora do ambiente onde ela está e fica acumulando muitos cortes sem nada de fato no ambiente. Sei que tem níveis de sensibilidade de som, mesmo assim, não é suficiente. Tem como anular o áudio?

open the app and click on your camera. next click on the wheel in the top right corner next to the battery indicator. Next click on the "alarm config" icon in the left corner of the screen. This is where you can change the sensitivity level or deactivate motion or sound detection.

Does the app charge for storage subscription for motion detection videos

To my knowledge this app does not create motion detection video and does not have a subscription service. It only takes a picture when motion is detected. the picture will be stored in the "Alarm records". The alarm records button is at the bottom of the app and says "alarm", when you first open the app. Hope this helps.

Not sure what kind of camera you have. Most cameras that use this app you can pair the camera to your phone but you will only have about 20 meters of distance between the phone and camera. Use the video to pair and dont worry about seeing a message that says "no internet" just click yes anyway. Also yes it can connect to mobile hot spot. Well most cameras that use this app

This video is for any camera that uses the IWF Cam App. So not sure what camera you are using. A lot of cameras that use this app don't have a long battery life. It's possible that if you purchased a camera somewhere and you were told it has a lot longer battery life than 2 hours the camera may be faulty. Bad batteries are not common but it happens.

@@genopalmer7507 You can connect 2 ways. The video is showing you how to connect to the WIFI (remote viewing so you can leave the house). The other way you can pair is directly to the camera which will cut off when you leave the house but it works for those who want to monitor a room while at home but do not have internet.

the camera can connect via Wi-Fi once or twice, then no more. I reinstalled software, I restarted the camera and the rooter several times. I tried different settings. The camera works from the phone, but it is in offline mode via WLAN. I contacted support. I think it's spam. after a few robotic questions they wanted to connect to my computer. I don't think it's a coincidence.
