Regarding the current improvement of Russell 2000, so when we decide to buy a small cap individual stock, should we first check whether it is included in Russell 2000 or not and is it so important? I ask this because I see the Russell 2000 index is now in good condition, so if we choose a small cap stock that does not belong there, then you can not take the current advantage of Russell 2000 general uptrend, right? Are all small cap stocks included in Russell 2000 ? Do you prefer to invest in its ETF itself?

Hi, are there stocks that are generally independent and do not follow the major indexes? So when the stock market becomes difficult , it is wise to concentrate on those ?Thanks
