The International Wushu Federation launches an Online Wushu Classroom Project on May 15, 2020, free of charge to all global wushu practitioners and the general public. We hope these courses will bring a boost of physical and mental health to wushu enthusiasts around the world.

These videos made me learn the great martial art of Sanda, well the basics, I train Taekwondo since 2007 and I love the way Sanda train to fight using fist, kicks, throwing and takedowns.
