I absolutely adore Ms. Iyanla, one of my top people I'd love to meet. She's so very & straight forward. I have so much work to do, it's ridiculous but I try all the time then get lazy and want to quit. But I'll try again🙏🏽

One of my favorite books is Faith in the Valley! I recently started reading it again since the pandemic and all I can say is wow. It helped me when it 1st came out and it is helping me thru this pandemic! When I got baptist, rolf I remember my dad and mom telling me when our pastor say do you believe in Jesus Christ telling me to say yes. I was 12 years old.

yes, that is euro-disrespect 😤 white privaledge showing its ugly face. i am sure she meant no harm, because she is doing a spiritual show, but that's her privaledge showing. True respect would be taking the time to learn to say her name correctly. You see Iyanla did not waste time correcting either of them. The host misspoke her book title. "Peace from broken pieces " too. There is no use acknowledging it because it lets them be them. Plus that is trying to control or manipulate if there is a struggle. Mostly it speaks about who they are. If Iyanla was to get all upset and correct them then she would be reduced to the angry black woman stereotype. So, this lets everyone show up fully as they are and yes, their privaledge is seeping out. imho.

Listen to Iyanla for all your relationship advices, Dave Ramsey to get your finances on track so you never depend on a man again, Tom Bileyou for general positive/motivational content. All free on KZbin. Use your free time wisely. I listen to them commuting to work. Dont waste it on garbage videos. All we need is right here. And get yourself a journal!!!

Always enjoyed listening to Iya last. She is so so so intelligent. Like her, Corona has not gotten me down at all and I believe it could be bc i don't watch television. All propaganda, negativity, hype and hate . I refuse to be a part of that. Sadly a lot of ppl have died not from the disease but from FEAR . (my opinion) may their souls rip !!! Meditation and prayer is how I cope and, this too shall pass. May God have mercy on us all 🙏
