My husband was really suffering with anxiety but always cancelled appointments, wouldn't even meditate. I went to therapy and meditation and finally left the country to learn about myself for 5 months. He saw I was changing and getting stronger and he got the help he needed. 🤩 I worked as a production assistant for her Starting Over tv show tour like 15 years ago. She was the only one that talked to the PAs and staff. Her cohosts were nasty and she didn't like that. I admire you. I grew up seeing my mother be physically and emotionally abusive to my father. My brother and I became mentally I'll from it all and were locked up in mental and penal institutions at an early age. I intellectually knew I didn't want to be stuck in pain like my parents but it has been hard to maintain that freedom. I'm glad for those who have.

Yep even in your skin and hair. I know from first hand experience. When I'm not depressed, I always get compliments on my looks because my inner energy radiates out. When I'm depressed no matter what skin or hair routine I have or keep the same, it shows. Hair be dry, skin is dull and problematic, nails break easily.
