Thank you for the lesson today. An awareness and awakening for me. I didn't realize how much rage I'm holding inside of me from the child that I was. I realized just now that I had a chest inside my mind where I would put all of my feelings and experiences into to seemingly lock them away so as to not face them. Sure as the sun rises; things happen and I'm triggered and I explode and at times I took it out on the wrong person and then I felt ashamed afterwards. This has helped me to recognize what is wrong and how to begin to heal. Thank you so much for your lessons and books that you share. Deep bow and gratitude Elder Iyanla.
